The NMFTA conference room is located at 1001 North Fairfax Street and holds a maximum of 20 people seated at the table and 20 people seated along the walls. Total occupancy shall not exceed 40 people. The table has microphones for audio conferences, 110 volt power, Ethernet connections for access to the internet, and VGA inputs to connect to the projector in the ceiling. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The conference room is available on a half day or full day basis.

Half Day options:
8:30 AM- 12:30 PM
or
1:00 PM- 5:00 PM

Full Day:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Half day use: $200.00
Full day use: $350.00
